SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

What is your Shipping Policy?

      For Domestic Shipping Within US:

  •  Free US standard shipping via USPS First Class (2-10 days) on purchases with a subtotal $29 and over, excluding taxes and after promotional codes are applied.
  • $4 flat fee for standard shipments with a subtotal of less than $29. 
  • $8 for USPS Priority 2-3 business days (note -- this is for the DELIVERY time; standard fulfillment schedule in terms of processing an order apply). 
  • Please contact us at hello@manicolada.com before you place an order for express shipping.

 

  • Insurance can be added for extra $3 for lost/missing package, otherwise Mani Colada is not responsible for lost/missing or stolen package. 
  • We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer. 

Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.  If you have any trouble with this or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@manicolada.com.
 

For International Shipping Outside US:

Mani Colada currently ships to selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. 

  • Orders under $99 USD- $18 USD Flat Fee.
  • Orders over $99 USD- Free Standard Shipping (No Insurance).
  • Insurance can be added for extra $3 for lost/missing package, otherwise Mani Colada is not responsible for lost/missing or stolen package. 
  • We strongly recommend you to choose insured shipping for international orders.
  • We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer. 

What is your Return Policy?

Returns 
Our Return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with exception of the first set of nail strips. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please email us at support@manicolada.com. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved for return, we will initiate a refund to the original method payment.
